During 2008 and 2009, Heilongjiang Jiuding Yeast Co., Ltd, and Youyi Jiuding Yeast Co., Ltd. had been built and put into operation in succession in Heilongjiang, China, with total investment of nearly RMB 200 million. It is a miracle within the field to establish the two companies and put them into operation in such short time. Based on adoption of advanced technology within the industry, the two companies have improved and used more advanced production technology and equipment; besides, they have realized fully automated production lines and sterile management in production workshop. As a result, both product yield and quality have been fully secured. The average annual output has reached up to 6,500 Tons, and RMB 90 million of production value.
Currently, Jiuding Yeast Co., Ltd. is the largest private enterprise specializes in professional and modern yeast manufacturing in China, the company carries out strict internal management, reduces cost and improves quality. Since the manufactories are located in the North-East part of China, which is in the sub-frigid zone, the natural conditions are ideal for yeast manufacturing. The required raw materials--beetroot molasses for yeast are mostly producing here, beetroot molasses has rich nutrition, which helps to improve the quality of yeast, and even better for storage. Therefore, the raw materials are most important for the quality of yeast.
Now we have four series brands of yeast products: Jiuding, Jinding, Jiangpai, and Tailong. Specifications are 5g, 10g, 11g, 13g, 15g, 100g, 125g, 400g, 450g, 500g, 5kg, 10kg, 20kg etc; Meanwhile, we can also produce any certain specification and OEM as customer required
