Shenyang Xinguang Chemical Factory is a modern enterprise founded in 1988, specializing in manufacturing and selling fine chemical products. We can supply chemical reagents, fine chemicals, medical raw materials and food additives at various grades with high quality. Our plant owns advanced machines, proficient technology, professional technicians, perfect service group and high quality products, which make us provide good service for our customers. Our products are also further exported to Korea, Japan, South Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

We make a long-term and stable cooperation on technology with Shenyang Chemical University, Liaoning University and Shenyang Chemical Research Institute, and cooperated with Dalian Normal University in 2004 to build an experiment base with scientific management and advanced equipment, especially for development and test of new products.

We have just purchased Shenyang Third Reagent Plant founded in 1970 and Shenyang Fifth Reagent Plant founded in 70s'. Now we have more than 400 species of chemicals in process. The trademark of Shenyang Third Reagent Plant is "Pandeng" and its products have been sold in the whole China and further exported to Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Korea, Japan and the USA. We have stable quality products and complete test methods. From 1987 to 1997, Shenyang Third Reagent Plant obtained title of "Shenyang Star Enterprise" within successive ten years. Shenyang Third Reagent Plant is the director enterprise of China Chemical Reagent Industry Association, and enjoys a good reputation in China Chemical Reagent Industry.
