Dalian Huaying Garment Co., Lid. established in 1998, is the first Sino-Japanese joint venture of the company.
Its main product is leisure, home dress, sportswear and fashion. The annual productive capacity is 1.5 million pieces (sets). The average annual volume of export trade is more than 10 million US dollars. It is an order-oriented trade and manufacturing enterprises.
The Company is divided into Order Managing Department, Fabric Business Department, Auxiliary Materials Department, Quality Control Department, Customs Declaring and Storage Department and Garment Design Center etc, which are managed by the experienced staff from both China and Japan. All the functional departments are under systematic management so as to provide high-quality service, to be trusted by the customers. Dalian Huaying garment (Group) Co., Ltd. has established a good corporation image among the customers and in the industry. The company was given the tiles of ‘Double A Foreign Investment Enterprise in China’ many times, and chosen as the ‘Best National Credit Business’ by National Economy and Trade Committee in 2002, awarded ‘Garment Export Star Enterprises in Dalian City’ in 2006.
The company is located in Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone, a development zone with the greatest developing potential in China.
Its modern garment production bases mainly produce knitted garments. The factory covers an area of 5,000 square meters with the built-up area of 9,000 square meters. The factory is divided into Production Management Section, Technology Section, Product Inspecting Section and CAD studios, four workshops, a computerized embroidery mill and a printing factory etc. There are more than 20 lines, more than 400 sets of sewing machines of new models, more than 500 staff of high-tech. It has got the Quality Management System Authentication of ISO9000 by the United Kingdom BSI Attestation Company. Its principle of quality control is ‘choosing materials carefully’, ‘sewing meticulously’ and ‘inspecting attentively’. All the above makes Huaying Factory a key garment manufacturing enterprise which is competent to receive different kinds of garment orders.
