This paint is dried at room temperature, has strong adhesion and good flexibility, and can be used on the surfaces of the steel equipment and spare parts working below 300°C.

II.   Properties and Usage

This paint can be dried at room temperature or be oven-dried, is used on the surfaces of steel equipment and parts and components working under the temperature of 500°C for heat resistance and protection and corrosion resistance, and is required to be used in matching with silicone heat-resistant finish paint (below 500°C).

Product Composition: This paint is made of chlorinated rubber, plasticizers, pigments solvents and auxiliary agents through grinding, and the paint film is characterized by fast drying, tough film, water resistance and good chemical resistance.

Usage: This paint is suitable for protection coating of ships, docks, mines and other steel structural parts and chemical pipelines.

This primer is two-component paint. Component A is prepared by processing epoxy resin, ultra-fine zinc powder, a variety of auxiliary agents and mixed solvent. Component B is polycarbonate resin as the curing agent.

II.   Properties and Usage

This primer features high paint film hardness, strong adhesion, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance, etc. Additionally, machining, cutting, welding and other operations can be carried out without the need of removing the paint film due to strong matching property of this primer, thus the primer can be widely applied to bottoming by coating the primer on various steel plates, section steel and moulded parts which are subjected to surface treatment through shot-blasting and reach the required grade.
