YNBHJ-series protection ring hydraulic screw-on machine (screwing cap machine) is given the real-time control by the peripheral computer control console. And it adopts the PLC as the lower computer and industrial personal computer as upper computer man-machine interface and computer real-time monitoring system, which can make real-time display of torque, historical curve and values, accumulate records and store parameters and search original records, and has the functions to save and print daily report and monthly report. In operation, after setting torque based on standard, the steel pipe enters the equipment through transmission line to automatically finish screwing. The machine has high efficiency and simple operation and use. As the machine adopts automatic control, the equipment has less abrasion and longer life. The machine is mainly applicable to the flow process of makeup and breakout protection ring production line of casing.

The frame adopts the imported PLC and frequency converter to provide supporting control with pipe threading lathe, which transmits the steel pipe to the precise position of lathe first fast and then slowly and then automatically stop. Then the pneumatic holding mechanism holds the steel pipe tightly and makes automatic centering, which ensures stable rotation of pipe without swinging when thread is cut. After cutting, the holding mechanism releases the steel pipe and transmits it to the initial position by transmission line rapidly. And then it lays off the steel pipe from the frame by the loading and unloading mechanism provided by itself, meanwhile another steel pipe is sent to the frame to repeat the operation of cutting thread. The frame has stable and reliable operation and is the special ideal auxiliary machine of pipe thread.

XCJ-series pipe deruster is the special equipment to remove the rusts of inside and outside walls of steel pipe, which is mainly used for cleaning attached rusts of pipe itself. The steel brush rotation cleaning is adopted. In the cleaning process, the clamping tong clamps the pipe to rotate and move forwards to pipe end, and then rotate again and move backwards. It stops till reaching the initial position. The clamping tong releases the pipe and returns to original position, and the pipe is taken out by material raising mechanism. The machine has reliable performance of cleaning pipe. The original mental surface can be seen. So it is the ideal product to remove attached rusts of pipe itself.

YGXJ-series pipe straightener is the special equipment to straighten bent drill pipe, pumping rod, seamless steel pipe, tubing and casing. The machine adopts hyperbola multi-cross roll driving rotation straightening, use large tonnage hydraulic oil cylinder to drive cross rolls in radial direction to make butt clamp of work pieces and adopts large torque speed adjusting reducer to make the cross roll rotate and drive work pieces for straightening.
