YWG Type Food Liquid High Speed Asceptic Filling Line is a non-pressure conveying system enables the multi conveying lines become single conveying line during work. The electric control system adopts PLC to control the running of filled bottle conveying, to realize the automatic speed accelerating or slowing and automatic buffering.

XGF Non-Carbonated Filling Line’s XGF, XXGF series apply to the production of non-carbonated drink as pure water and mineral water, with optional capacity from 24,000 BPH to 48,000 BPH.

Water treatment is equipped for pure water, mineral water and water in beverage drink. It contains RO, natrium filter, ultra filter, activated carbon filter, ion exchanger, ozone processor ect.

UHT（Ultra-high Temperature）is PLC controlled, with optional capacity from et/hr to 20t/hr. Main components are from world famous suppliers as Alfa Laval, APV, SPIRAX, SIMENS, FESTO, ect.

Hot Filling Line is RXGF 3-in-1 Unit and RXXGF 4-in-1 Unit applies to the production of tea and juice, with optional capacity from 5000 BPH to 36000 BPH.

Extracting and Dispensing for Tea and Juice can offer you turn-key project including extracting, sugar melting, blending, ect, with strong technical support from our factory and relative industry from home and abroad.

Conveying system is a working efficiency of the production line is largely decided by the conveying system. When there is occasional stop on the downstream packaging system (e.g. label change), the forepart of the production line cannot be effected.

CIP is specially designed for the clean up of beverage production line and filling equipment, with three cleaning sections of acid, alkali and hot water, in which temperature can be set up for acid, alkali and hot water.

Spray Cooling Tunnel can reduce the temperature of hot filling drinks to 36℃-40℃, or increase the temperature of cold filling carbonic acid drinks to 36℃-40℃. It is used in PE bottles hot tea drinks and carbonic acid drinks hot filling production line. Productivity: 5000-36000bottles/hour, spray time: about 15-20 minutes.

Adhesive Labeling Machine is suitable for sticking the continuous rolled labels, using local gluing methods in small glue consumption and low running costs, and production capacity can reach 30,000 bottles / hour.

3-Gallon,5-Gallon Water Line’s TXG series apply to 3-Gallon, 5-Gallon water production, with optional capacity from 100b/h to 2000b/h. Customerized service includes automatic cap puller, internal and external barrel scrubber, cap elevator and heat shrinker, etc
