Dalian Xuri Quartz Glass Co., Ltd is located in Dalian, Liaoning province. It’s adjacent to the major international port Dalian in northern China. Transportation is very convenient. It was founded on May 4th, 1989. The total area of our Plant is 30,000 square meters, it is a joint venture. We have advanced production lines, and use a unique production process, We can produce all kinds of transparent, opaque quartz glass and quartz glass products. Annual output of quartz glass products has reached 1000 tons, the product quality has reached international advanced level, and it’s one of the main quartz glass production manufacturers in China. There are about 300 workers in our company, 50 Sales Managers, and 30 technical engineers.
We have several fusion methods, such as electrical continuous, drawing for both transparent and translucent, electrical rotated fusion for opaque, and flame fusion ingot. Our quartz tubes are treated by decarboxylase vacuum furnace, OH content is lower than 5ppm. At present a variety of technical indicators: Hydroxyl, thermal properties, mechanical strength and appearance have been equipped with industry-leading levels. We also can produce quartz plate, quartz crucible, quartz vessel, quartz bubble, quartz cuvette, circular quartz glass tubing, pyriform quartz glass tubing, condenser, boiling ball, fractionator, “Ω” quartz glass tubing, special color tubing, spray tubing, large diameter quartz tube, carbon fiber heating lamp, halogen lamp, heating resistance, UV lamp and other related products. We have IR heating and UV disinfection products workshop. We are improving the production process, updating and improving the production equipment, and good after-sales service constantly, so that products have been in the same industry-leading position, good market feedback.
In order to ensure the gradual expansion of quartz glass production scale after the extensive use of industrial gases, so we invested the large amount of funds in July of 2001, we’ve established a hydrogen and oxygen station, the area is about 4,000 square meters, the gas production of electrolysis equipment is 150 cubic meters/hr, and there is a full-time quality assurance engineer to ensure that gas quality.
Our products are exported to the Americas, Europe, Australia, Asia (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, etc.) in many countries and regions; it’s widely used in optical fiber, semiconductor, electric lighting, scientific instruments, and many other fields.
