Fushun Yongchang Special Steel Co., Ltd *(Yongchang Special Steel for short) was set up in 1995, its former was Fushun Yongxing Special Steel Factory, which is a professional manufacturer of high-speed tool steel. The company located in Fushun, the north of Liaoning province, P.R. China. The location has the convenient transportation, easy access to Shenyang, the capital of Liaoning province, less than 40 kilometers to the airport.
The company has involved in developing special steel for many years, including over 300 staff and accumulated 30 senior technical engineers with the abundant manufacturing experience, most of them from Fushun Special Steel Co., Ltd., which is a leading and well-known steel company with hundred year’s history in China.
In 2010, the company moved to the new factory, covers an area of 130,000 square meters, new-built office building and modernized workshop of 16880 square meters, including smelting, electro slag remelting, forging, rolling and wire drawing etc workshop. With the full set of manufacturing process from smelting to finished products, has the asset of two hundred million RMB.
It is armed with advanced equipments for fully integrated digital circuit control system, 3000kg capacity intermediate frequency induction furnace, 500kg and 1000kg capacity electric frying furnace, 240t to 400t precision forging machine, 350 rolling mill, precision rolling machine made by Morgan company, U.S.A, units of gas furnace, heating furnace, annealing furnace and cold drawing machine with high precision, also equipped with high precision advanced inspection device for quality analysis, which are solid guarantee for top quality.
