Guangdong Lihong Packaging Co., LTD is a leading OEM manufacturer specializes in food contact grade flexible packaging industry, including various kinds of laminated bags and films, co-extruding casting PE (CPE), uniaxially oriented low-density PE (OPE) film and injection molding products. We have been certified with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001 and passed audit by AIB International, SGS and BUREAU VERITAS. Currently we are applying for certification of BRC and GMP.
We have totally two factories, located in Shantou city.
The main factory is equipped with 100 sets of air purification systems and six high speed computer-programmed production lines --six printing machines, eight laminating machines, one fixed-point glue coating machine, one demetalize machine, six slitting machines, twenty bag making machines, twenty two injection molding machines, eighteen automatic spout sealing machines and ninety-two manual spout sealers. The first factory is responsible for all the production of laminated package.
Our second factory, responsible for raw material production, is equipped with a 3500mm PE multi-layer co-extruding film casting machine, one OPE production line, four zipper production lines and together with one extruding laminator.
We apply ERP system in management and has established a complete quality control system to monitor the production and quality all through the producing process.
