Our factory is located in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, adjacent to the downtown of Guangzhou International Airport --- Baiyun New Airport, and the office is located in Yuanjing Road, Baiyun District. Our factory has blameless equipment and well-structured workshop, and continues to absorb new & advanced technology. With high quality raw materials, and supported by modern management, experienced and professional design team and innovation technology, we can provide value-added services and products for customers.
In 2004, our factory obtained the ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification, and the 8S & ERP management system certification. Our factory has more than 1,000 handwork workers, who can produce complex manual crafts & high-class beautiful gift boxes.
In addition, our factory has a full range of equipment to support the craft of prepress, printing, after printing, cards & PVC & other plastic sheet products, and also has advanced quality inspection equipment. We have the print management system with computer, computer output and template system, Japan (SCREEN) Screen output machines and Kodak CTP system. The printing process has Komori the CP2000 (1) UV 6-color press | Heidelberg-Germany | Komori-Japan. Our company also owns a number of automatic card equipment, like laminating equipment, computer numerical control cutting equipment, automatic IC card slot washing equipment, self-cutting equipment, UV process equipment, electronic sensor box gluing equipment, self-adhesive equipment, magnetic & plastic printing equipment, screen printing machines, self-sewing machines, and infrared, ultraviolet and water-cooling system.
