Haicheng Northern Steel Pipe Anti-Corrosion Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of high-frequency straight seam welded pipes and PE/PP/FBE anti-corrosion products for buried steel pipeline.
Our company is located in Economic and Technological Development Zone of Haicheng City in Liaoning Province. An'hai Road of the exterior ring road of Haicheng is in the north, Shen'da Expressway is in the west, and Yingkou Port and Dalian Port are in the south and Changda and Gouhai Railway are connected here. Our company covers an area of more than 100,000 square meters. We have 130 staff members and 30% of them are technicians. We abide by the corporate principle of "making zero defect" to provide good products and satisfying service for our customers.
Beisteel Pipe (Yingkou) Co., Ltd. is located in the beautiful Bohai Sea Pearl --- Bayuquan Yingkou. The company has invested RMB 500 million to build large-diameter spiral steel pipe production lines and supporting internal and external anticorrosion production lines, with strong technical force, advanced equipment. After 2010 Noverber, the new production line will be completed and put into production, the company reaches an annual production of 180,000 tons. It can produce pipes with diameter 219mm-3000mm, maximum thickness of 25.4mm, and a single branch pipe up to 24.4 meters long. The large-diameter helical submerged arc welding pipe machine can reach a maximum steel grade X90, and will be the first, within our country, which has this capacity, following the West- East Gas Transportation Lines and a few supporting lines. The company has invested in building modernized submerged pipe anti-corrosion production line, with the main facilities and components all from well- known domestic and oversea manufacturers. This line is able to carry out the 2 and 3 layer PE and PP inside and outside anti-corrosion procession of 32mm--1800mm pipe, with an annual anti-corrosion area of 10,000,000 square meters.
