1 Xin Cheng Wooden Products Co. Ltd introduced highly advanced production technology and equipment imported to our factory from America, Germany and Italy. Our annual output of shutters reaches 250,000 square meters and wood blinds 2,000,000 square meters. Our products are sold all over the world, with Europe and America our two most important markets.
(How We Do It)
2 The majority of the raw material to manufacture our shutters and blinds is basswood .We utilize Japanese drying technology and use Italian drying equipment to achieve this. In addition, all our semi-finished products undergo a minimum of a six month drying and profile shaping process. All the above efforts guarantee that our products are mold proof, insect resistant and with no deformation.
3 Our products, uniquely designed by our European and American designers, together with the on-site guidance from the foreign experts guarantees that our products fully meet the demand in the international market and further ensures the world class quality of our products. Moreover, the availability of more than 50 different kinds of frames guarantees the diversity of our products.
