Hebei Tomorrow Pipeline Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd. is a large-scale manufacturer of Ductile iron pipes, Heat preservation and Anticorrosion pipes and pipe fittings in China. It is a provincial science and technology enterprise integrating the research, development, production and sales of pipes and pipe fittings. It is located in Puwa City Development Zone, Yanshan County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China's pipeline equipment manufacturing base. The company has a modern workshop of 35,000 square meters and advanced production equipment, and has a high degree of automation and mechanization of process equipment. Key equipment such as intermediate frequency electric furnaces and spectrum analyzers are imported from abroad. The entire production line of centrifugal molding, annealing, zinc spraying, finishing, and packaging ranks domestically advanced. It owns a 318m3 blast furnace with a daily output of 1,000 tons of high-quality hot metal. It adopts the blast furnace-electric furnace dual short-flow continuous casting process to produce centrifugal ductile iron pipes in strict accordance with GB13295 and ISO2531 standards. The main products are 15 types of ductile iron pipes of DN80-1200㎜ The products are widely used in gas transmission, water supply, electricity and other projects. Blast furnace gas is piped to the pipe production line for full utilization, which not only saves energy, reduces production costs, but also reduces the impact on the environment.
