n 1979, Qingdao Jiaonan Government built a factory for ship building business. The factory was named "Lingshan Ship building Co., Ltd" and the factory was owned by the government. One of her branches seated in the Zhuhai Industry Zone, the branch was the predecessor of our company. The main business is steel structure building and ship building.

In 2000, the Jiaonan Government decided to transfer Lingshan Shipbuilding Company into private enterprise. At the same year, Lingshan Shipbuilding Company combined by Korea Hyundai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.
And we became an independent private company with the name Lingshan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. The main products stay the same.
