Shenyang Contor Machine & Electric Equipment Co., Ltd., subjected to Shenyang Ligong University, was originally named as Shenyang Machine & Electric Equipment Development Corporation by Shenyang Institute of Technology.
We are mainly engaged in the manufacture, development and sale of digital motion controllers and processing equipment, such as spiral accumulators, shear welders, flying cutoff machines flying shear machines, and welded pipe production line equipment. We also develop new systems for users.
Our major products - FJ computer-controlled flying saws have been appointed as "New Products" by State Bureau of Technical Supervision, and listed in "National Torch Plan". Taking "credit, service and technology" as our tenet, our company becomes the supporter of National Key Technological Achievement Extension Plan, and integrates the manufacture and research.
Our company constantly develops hi-tech products. To meet users' requirements, we firstly adopted overseas digital driving system to substitute simulating system in 2000. CD-A computer, compatible with FJ-B of the original Shenyang Institute of Technology, was produced in 2001.
In 2002, high precision (0.5mm) and speed (no more than 120m/min) standard servo flying saw was produced and applied to lamp tube lines. Rotary flying saw was developed in the same year.
In June 2003, DC saw was replaced by AC flying saw, which has already gained the patent (Patent No. 03238131.X).
In March 2003, NC research team was set up supported by the institute.
In April 2004, 32-bit CT-01 digital controller was promoted to satisfy users. In June, the absolute synchronized saw was launched. Till now, we have developed large-caliber saws and high-precision/speed board horizontal and punching shears.
Now, we can provide complete welded pipe production lines, stainless steel pipe flying saws, and deformed steel bar production lines, according to customers' requests. We are also specialized in manufacturing online cutting and shearing machines, such as welded pipe flying cutoff machines, stainless steel pipe flying cutoff machines, steel plate flying shear machines, and deformed steel bar flying shear machines, with good effect and high precision cutting.
At present, our main products such as welded pipe equipment and cutting and shearing machines have been selling well all over the world, including Indonesia, Thailand, India, Russia, Syria, and other countries and regions.
