Yingkou Dongsheng Industry Co.,Ltd was established in 1999, and it located in beautiful &coastal Yingkou city, Liaoning province. It covers more than 70,000m², Dongsheng has the biggest Intelligent factory in Asia, including the facilitation of 120 various equipments, such as  centralized feeding system of America Conair brand, Taiwan import and homemade integrated film blower and printers, eight-color printer, high-efficient bag makers, special shape bag makers and film casting machines etc.

Dongsheng Industry has BSCI&FDA report, and passed the national customs AEO high-level authentication (AA). So far, the main products are PE & Biodegradable T shirt shopping bags, garbage bags, drawstring bags, food bags, food cling wrap etc. and with 35,000 ton’s annual capacity,95% of its products are sold to Europe, America and Japan, being one of the largest plastic producers in China.
