1. Products of the hydraulic accessories factory:
Our factory of hydraulic accessoires produces two main products: pipe clamps and hydraulic flanges.
1). Hydraulic pipe clamps / Tube Clamps for pipe, cable and hose fastening and installing.
Our factory manufacture various types of pipe clamps designed to German standard DIN 3015, DIN 3567 and DIN 3570, etc, products are fit for installing and fastening pipes and tubes with size O.D 6mm to 508mm. Our pipe clamps including main types as below:
1.1 Standard series stauff type pipe clamps / tube clamps according to DIN3015-1, this is the most popular type.
1.2 Heavy duty pipe clamps / heavy series tube clamps designed and produced according to DIN 3015-2, this type of hydraulic pipe clamps are designed for high pressure and high vibration applications.
1.3 Twin series pipe clamps according to DIN 3015 part 3.
1.4 DIN 3567 steel pipe clamps as carbon steel pipe clamps, stainless steel pipe clamps, designed to DIN 3567-A / DIN 3567-B;
1.5 U bolt pipe clamps to DIN 3570
1.6 Cushion clamps with plastic and rubber.
2) . Hydraulic SAE flanges designed to ISO 6162 and SAE J518C.
Younglee's hydraulic components factory produces hydraulic SAE Flanges, including two main series 3000 psi series & 6000 psi series, which are known as CD 61/ code 61 flanges and CD62 /code 62 flanges also, types as below:

2. Products of the seamless steel tube factory:
Our seamless steel tubes consist of two big plant, one is for seamless stainless steel pipes, the other is for seamless carbon steel tubes.
1) We produce Stainless steel seamless pipes in full range of austenitic steels and duplex stainless steels.
* Norm:ASTM / ASME A312, A213, A269; EN10216-5
* Grade: TP304/304L, TP316/316L, TP321/321H, TP316Ti, TP310S, TP347H, 904L, S31803, S32750, 2205, etc. And also corresponding EN grades.
* Size range: Outside diameter 3mm to 219mm; Wall thickness 0.1mm to 20mm
* Tolerance: OD +/-0.05mm, WT +/-0.1mm
Product group including instrumentation tubing, hydraulic tubing, and heat exchanger tubes, bright annealed tubes, duplex pipes, seamless coiled tubes and capillary tubes.
2). carbon steel precision seamless tubes according to DIN 2391/EN 10305-1
* DIN 2391 carbon steel seamless tubes for hydraulic system apply and also for boiler apply.
* DIN2391 /EN10305-1 phosphated seamless tubes
* DIN 2391 / EN 10305-1 bright annealed seamless tubes
3). Honed steel tubing for hydraulic cylinders
Younglee's tube factory manufactures high quality honed tubes in most popular carbon steel and stainless steel grades. We are the first class quality China honed tube manufacturer. Our honed steel tubing is widely used as hydraulic cylinder pipes and pneumatic cylinder tubes.
- Product of our valve factory:
Younglee’s industrial valve factory is found by the boss of Younglee and another 2 partner. The valve factory produces various industrial valves as below.
